Vitamin E consists of seven compounds named as tocopherols. Among these alpha is the most dynamic. Being antioxidant it requires other antioxidants such as selenium and vitamin c for its working. Vitamin E can be obtained from natural sources such as apple, fish and milk.

These vitamins can be taken in synthetic form also but it’s best to fulfil the daily need of vitamins through natural sources as they are best to digest and can be easily absorbed by the body.
